Over the past few years, I've focused on developing customer relationship management software – well, those purportedly professional management systems. Later, I realised these tools are tied to corporate strategic deployments but remain somewhat detached from individual users. I've never encountered an employee genuinely enthusiastic about using company-mandated software. They may not dislike the software itself, but simply resent the added workload it imposes. This strikes me as contrary to the very purpose of software. It should be something users genuinely enjoy using, something that boosts their efficiency and productivity, not something rigid and compulsory. This needs to change.
Hence, I'm launching the Fentime project. I'd describe it as your personal workspace – much like returning to your garage, basement, or workbench at home. Here, you can manage your schedule, respond to emails, jot down notes, and more. Who knows? Do whatever you wish. Fentime is just getting started and will take a while before it's ready for everyone to experience. But no worries—I've set up a waiting list you can join to stay updated. I'll send you emails detailing Fentime's progress until the day we invite you to sign up and give it a try :-)
Stay tuned.
